The past months have brought unprecedented challenges that we as a team, a community, a nation, and globally have had to navigate and overcome. We want to thank you all for inspiring, encouraging, and supporting us throughout this crisis. Whether you purchased take-out or delivery, shared a post, wrote a review, or sent well wishes we want to say thank you.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to our venues in a safe way. Our team has been working closely with the local health authorities, Resort Municipality of Whistler, and WorkSafeBC to ensure our new operating procedures ensure the health and safety of our staff and our guests. We had an impact assessment on Friday, May 22, 2020 from WorkSafeBC and Provincial Health and have received their seal of approval to operate.

Venue Protocols

Here are a few of the protocols we have implemented in our venues …

  • Reduced capacities of our venues to ensure physical distancing
  • Maximum group sizes of 6. Table reservations are recommended
  • Increased and added additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures as recommended by Work Safe BC and Vancouver Coastal Health
  • Regular disinfection of high-touch areas
  • Social distancing signage will be displayed and enforced throughout the restaurant
  • Menus are being moved to a digital format. A few laminated menus are available if needed, but are being thoroughly sanitized after each use.
  • Only Credit and Debit is being accepted
  • We are kindly requesting that guests do not enter our venues should they display any signs of illness
  • We operate on a three-strike you’re out policy. If you are not abiding by these protocols and procedures our team will politely ask that you comply. Once three-strikes has been reached you will be asked to settle your bill and leave the premises. If you do not honor our request you will be fined $200 as per The Province of BC Health Order issued on August 21, 2020.
