Lost & Found
To the best of our ability, we endeavour to safely store any items left at tables or otherwise lost by our guests during their experience with us. Upon finding a lost item, our staff will store the item in our lost and found storage space and enter the item into our digital tracker.
If you have lost an item, the easiest way to retrieve it is to please come into the venue in-person and ask for a manager. Otherwise, you can submit a lost & found request by filling out the form below or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Please note that lost items are only available for collection during venue operational hours. We aim to resolve all requests in a timely manner, subject to hours of operation. Due to limited storage space, lost items will only be kept for a period 4 weeks.Whilst we will do our best to assist, it is ultimately our guests’ responsibility to look after their personal belongings whilst enjoying a Gibbons experience and Gibbons is not liable for any items lost during an experience.
