Our experienced bartenders masterfully curate cocktails for every taste. The menu features delicious bar snacks, lunch and dinner options, all prepared in the Grill & Vine by Westin Executive Chef Elliot Brass and his team. These are the perfect accompaniment to a handcrafted cocktail, wine, or BC draught beer.
If it is grape varietals you are after, our wine list is extensive and features international and local delights that will appease your palate. For a taste tour of Scotland, try one of over 20 different Scotches, handpicked by our resident whisky connoisseur. If it is an agave-based beverage you’re after, enjoy from our expanded tequila menu.
