What time do I have to stop drinking beer?
We will be doing last call at 4:30pm and last pour at 4:45 pm. From there, keep the good times rolling by joining us at Longhorn Oktoberfest from 5 PM – 10 PM on Saturday September 14.
Should I bring cash or card?
Both are accepted but cards are prefered and will definitely make things faster for you! Food vendors may vary, token sales will be credit card only. ATM’s will not be available on site and no in-and-outs are permitted, so please come prepared.
How much are tokens?
Tokens are available in 5 and 10 packs for $12.50 and $25 respectively. 10 packs of tokens can be prepurchased and picked up at the box office upon arrival.
I heard a rumour about Beer Gnomes?
You heard right! We will have a team of roaming Beer Gnomes on site selling beer tokens. Heads up: the beer gnomes only deal in cards.

Check out our Food page for a list of local vendors who’ll be onsite with delicious eats for you all day long.
Can I bring my own food?
Think of the festival site as a restaurant. We can’t have any outside food on site either. Our food vendors’ creations are delicious and pair perfectly with beer!

Our festival site is easily accessible from the Village Stroll. Whistler has a lot of parking options between the Day Lots and underground hotel parking. Please drink responsibly and use a designated driver, use the buses & cabs available and/or stay the night.
