Breweries Announced for Whistler Village Beer Festival

Whistler, British Columbia – July 27, 2015: The expansion of the Whistler Village Beer Festival to two days of pouring at Whistler Olympic Plaza means it can accommodate more amazing breweries than ever before. The line up showcases 40 different breweries on Saturday Sept 19 and Sunday Sept 20 – an astounding 80 breweries in total. It’s not only the breweries that are unique to each day – so are the local food vendors and live entertainment. Beer lovers might want to consider the new “Weekender Pass” so they don’t miss out!

“You wouldn’t attend a music festival that had the same line-up each day, so why would we do that with the beer?” says Liam Peyton, Festival Director. “We are excited to be able to provide our guests with a sampling experience spread over a whole weekend. We hope the extension will mean people can really dig into some great craft beers, have fun with friends and enjoy their time in the mountains.”
