Team Happiness Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable administrative assistant to join our ambitious Team Happiness team.

Your primary role will be to provide support for the work of the Team Happiness department by performing a variety of tasks such as onboarding, collecting and managing data, and assistance with recruiting, hiring and training initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support for Director of Team Happiness, Team Happiness Manager, and Recruiters.
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation, including the transfer of existing records in to the new HR database in ADP
  • Manage and update HR database (ADP) with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off
  • Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Answer team members questions and provide requested information
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • Creating reports for senior management
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
  • Assisting with the completion of the team happiness weekly scorecard by inputting data for businesses Start of Day, End of Day, 1:1 processes
  • Assisting with the build of training modules and presentations


Job Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant or within the Human Resources space considered an asset
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Slack
  • Knowledge and Experience with ADP (HRIS software) an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skill
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
