Who are we?

Gibbons has been sharing Whistler with the world since 1979. We operate venues, run festivals, brew beer, talk travel and throw parties and are striving for the best company culture in the world. Who are you?

We are looking to provide first-class experience for our Mountain Club Members as well as being an engine that places all potential members into our Gibbons Wheel. 

We are looking for a part-time Front Desk Agent to will help create an amazing member experience and be the first point of contact.

Schedule: 3 days/week, 10hr shift, Sunday-Monday-Tuesday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

Main duties:

• Greeting guests at the Mountain Club Front Desk

• Responding to members inquiries regarding concerns, feedback, and updates

• Giving in-person tours of the Club to prospective members (by appointment only)

• Performing the inspection tour twice daily

 

Requirements:

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution

• Impeccable organizational skills

• Positive, energetic and passionate about customer service

• Hospitality/Front desk experience preferred but not required
