Guest Experience Agent, The Spa at The Westin, Whistler BC

The Spa Guest Experience Agent is the first point of contact for our wellness sanctuary. The Spa offers clients a pre-medical approach to beauty with the aim to achieve a balance between the mind, body and skin. We are looking for candidates with with an outgoing and friendly personality with a natural flare for customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome all arriving guests in the Spa
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of each guests and offer appropriate services and
    products
  • Opening and closing procedures for the spa
  • Keep all products fully stocked (towels, bathrobes, etc.)
  • Booking appointments and checking in guests 
  • Taking payments for services performed
  • Provide an exceptional level of service and professionalism
  • Sell retail items and products
  • Assist with transitional cleaning of spa and relaxation area as needed

Requirements:

  • High Organizational skills
  • Excellent team spirit
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong English Communication (oral and written)
  • Mastery of software: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience with Square software an asset
  • Experience working within a spa environment an asset

Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
