Deep Cove is a full service restaurant, brewery and distillery. We have seasonally rotating food menu, a retail aspect, a full cocktail program and of course a range of ever changing beer and spirits. With summer fast approaching we are looking to add to our fantastic team.

Position Summary Taproom Team Members:  

Our Taproom Team Members will be working alongside and reporting to our FOH Manager, geeking out over our awesome beers & spirits and working to make a great customer experience. At Deep Cove we love to work that experience from the ground up. Sometimes that means literally growing it from the ground up! Both our kitchen and brewery are supplied with ingredients from our very own on site garden! Our Taproom Team Members are responsible for creating a great customer experience. Doing this at Deep Cove means offering solid beer & spirit knowledge and fostering community by connecting with customers, in addition to their regular duties.

This person’s regular responsibilities will include creating customer experience, taproom cleaning, beer pouring, cocktail crafting, serving tables and “tapping” into the needs of the room. We are seeking a beer and cocktail enthusiast who is ready to build their beer and spirit knowledge and grow the community in our taproom. We need someone who is willing to bring new ideas to the table but can take direction and work together as a team.

What we need from you:
-Weekend and evening availability is a must
-Must have restaurant experience
-Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs
-Serving it Right certificate before starting training
-Ability to complete tasks and communicate consistently with FOH manager and Team
-Ability to recognize when the customer experience is suffering and ask for help
-A positive team driven attitude
What the job entails:
-Serving Tables
-Bussing Tables
-Processing orders
-Opening/Closing the restaurant
-Preparing for service each day ie: roll ups, stocking fridges and merch, ect.
-Providing detailed information about all products we make and offer insight into the process
-Keeping retail area stocked
-Completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
-Keeping Bathrooms clean and stocked
-Making a great customer experience
