WNORTH, the conference for female business leaders and up-and-comers.

Tomorrow (Friday, March 6), women from all over the world will be gathering at the Westin for the inaugural Women North Conference. This event aims to bring together female business leaders and the next generation of women rising to leadership positions in an environment where they can engage in real conversations that are critical to achieving success – from board engagement and financing, to work-life balance and relationships.

“There has been no lack of conversations on the subject of women in business over the last ten years, but as technology and a shift in social circumstances change, so too does the role of women in the workplace,” says Heather Odendaal, Founder & Producer of WNORTH.

“We created WNORTH to provide a forum for women on the rise to have real conversations that are critical to achieving success – from board engagement and financing, to work-life balance and relationships,” says Odendaal.

Heather Odendaal is an accomplished entrepreneur, driven sales executive for a Fortune 500 company, world traveler, active community member, and a Whistler local. Read more about her path to developing this new conference here.
